Order Tracking & Visibility
All shipments using USCS' outbound freight consolidation or USCS Logistics™ transportation services are continuously monitored with information updates available to customers 24/7. Our carriers, in coordination with USCS personnel, provide the status of shipments as they move from the point of origin to destination. Order pick-up, appointment scheduling, shipment, delivery and receipt confirmation are all visible on an on-demand basis through eUSCOLDŽ online or EDI communication via the 214 transaction. A 214 transaction is triggered every time the status of an order is updated, so the information each customer receives is timely. USCS requires that all carriers update the order status within 24 hours of delivery.
