To meet this increasing need and solidify our position as a leader in the cold chain industry, we are embarking on an ambitious 2027 expansion project that will transform our facility into one of the most advanced, efficient, and future-ready cold storage hubs in the nation.

This expansion isn’t just about adding space—it’s about revolutionizing the way we store, handle, and transport temperature-sensitive goods. To further conserve resources, we are replacing 70,000 square feet of grass with drought-resistant xeriscaping, significantly reducing water usage.

In addition, we have transitioned to a fully electric yard truck (EV), eliminating diesel consumption and reducing maintenance costs. This shift has already had a measurable impact, with Kannen Avila, GM, noting, “Our EV truck has cut emissions, improved efficiency, and made our facility even more sustainable.”

Absolutely not.”
